Advent competitions of the Allg\u00e4u pleasure hotel<\/h2>\n
 <\/span><\/div>\n

Participation in the Advent competition of the Allg\u00e4uer Genusshotel, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.<\/p>\n

Procedure of the competition<\/strong>
A competition will be published on the Instagram account every Advent: on 27.11.2022, 04.12.2022, 11.12.2022 and 18.12.2022. Users will then have the opportunity to take part in the competition until the following Thursday. <\/p>\n

Participation<\/strong>
A competition will be posted on Instagram every Advent 2022. Users then have until the following Thursday to take part in the competition. On the following Friday, the winners will be determined and notified via Instagram by direct message. To take part in the competition, the user must follow the “Allg\u00e4uer Genusshotel” account on Instagram, tag a person they would like to take with them under the post and write why they would like to win. The participation period provided for this extends from the time of publication until 23:59 on the following Thursday. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the respective competition. Participation in the competition is free of charge. <\/p>\n

Eligible participants<\/strong>
Eligible participants are natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 14. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition. <\/p>\n

Winning, notification and transmission of the prize<\/strong>
The following prizes will be awarded:<\/p>\n

04.12.22 | 2nd Advent raffle:
<\/strong>1x voucher for a pleasure trip in our Hist. Dorfgasthof Hirsch (3-course menu with beer accompaniment) <\/p>\n

11.12.22 | 3rd Advent raffle:
<\/strong>1x gin tasting \/ free admission to the AGM with free consumption of Dorfcaf\u00e9 Heimat & Genuss with coffee and cake <\/p>\n

18.12.22 | 4th Advent raffle:<\/strong>
1x voucher for an overnight stay in the Genusszimmer (2 persons 1 night) incl. gourmet breakfast <\/p>\n\n

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the prize draw. The winners of the prize draw will be informed of the prize by direct message on Instagram. The prize will only be handed over to the winner or to the legal representative of the underage winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Any costs incurred for sending the prizes shall be borne by the operator. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant. <\/p>\n

Termination of the competition<\/strong>
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned. <\/p>\n

Data protection<\/strong>
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him\/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct. The organizer points out that none of the participant’s personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent. Your data will be collected and used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their first name and Instagram profile in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and its social media platforms. An exception to this is Greiter & Cie. Marketing GmbH, the company commissioned to run the competition, which must collect, store and use the data for the purpose of running the Advent calendar. The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the organizer. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant’s personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately. <\/p>\n

Applicable law<\/strong>
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the website. The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. <\/p>\n

Severability clause<\/strong>
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation. <\/p>\n
