Your area of responsibility:

  • Responsible for à la carte, half-board and event guests
  • Design, planning and preparation of regional dishes, menus and buffets
  • Creative and innovative preparation of all types of food (e.g. also for coffee breaks)

This is you:

  • Successful completion of training in the hotel and catering industry
  • Several years of work experience in the catering industry
  • You want to surprise and inspire guests
  • Passion and pleasure in processing fresh food
  • You enjoy working with small producers and local farmers and represent the value of nose-to-tail recycling
  • You have a passion for regionality and sustainability
  • You are keen to develop the offer together with the team
