We are delighted that you are interested in celebrating your special day with us. The Hirsch, built in 1906 as an inn and farm, has an exciting history behind it and is now once again a lively part of our village.
In the 1980s, the listed village inn fell into a deep sleep that lasted almost 30 years. But in the fall of 2013, the Hirsch was brought back to life. Of the former triad of “village church, village school and village inn”, only the church remained for a long time – until the Hirsch was restored to its former glory next to the beautiful village church of St. Martin.
Today, the Hirsch is once again the central meeting place in Urlau, a picturesque Allgäu village between the former imperial towns of Isny and Leutkirch.
The Hirsch and its charming surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable celebrations. Whether in the historic tavern from 1906, on the sunny terrace with a view of the church, in the rustic beer garden or in the unique Feststadel – you will find the ideal place for your celebration. We also offer 42 individual hotel rooms and 5 cozy vacation apartments for you and your guests.
