Our general terms and conditions

If a conference is canceled, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the event: free of charge
• Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the event: agreed room rental fee
• Cancellation from 14 days to 7 days before the start of the event: 25% of the conference fee per participant plus the room rental fee
• Cancellation from 7 days up to 3 days before the start of the event: agreed room rental and 50% of the conference fee per participant
• Cancellation from 3 days up to 1 day before the start of the event: agreed room rental fee and 80% of the conference flat rate per participant on the day of the start of the event or in the event of no-show: agreed room rental fee and 100% of the conference flat rate per participant

Cancellation costs incurred in the event of prevention or deregistration shall be borne by the client. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

A change in the number of participants by more than 2 persons must be communicated to us at least 3 days before the start of the event. A reduction in the number of participants of up to 2 persons will be taken into account in the invoice. Deviations of more than 10% of the estimated number of participants entitle the Allgäuer Genusshotel to recalculate the prices and, if necessary, to increase them, as well as to exchange a confirmed room. All changes must be notified to the Allgäuer Genusshotel in writing, preferably by e-mail.

We make every effort to rent out unused conference rooms to other parties in order to minimize or avoid cancellation costs.

Restaurant receipts:

The restaurant receipts must be checked and signed by the authorized person after the restaurant visit. Complaints on the following day can no longer be considered.

Payment modalities:

For events, we will send you the total invoice by post or e-mail. Invoices are payable in full within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: For transfers from abroad, the payee is not responsible for the fees incurred. Please state the invoice number as the reason for payment. Thank you very much.

All prices quoted are in euros per day and include the statutory VAT applicable on the day of the event.
