Your area of responsibility:
You are the operational hub of our hotel and ensure that guests experience a coherent and inspiring guest journey from their first contact to their departure.
- Management of daily hotel operations (reservations, reception, check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction)
- Close coordination between hotel, restaurant and event area – especially for weddings and events
- Management, motivation and further development of the team in all departments
- Ensuring smooth processes and quality standards
- Collaboration in budget planning and forecasting as well as ongoing monitoring of key figures
- Independent development and implementation of marketing and sales measures
- Conception of new event formats – e.g. gourmet evenings, concerts or event series for the off-season
This is you:
- Experience in a managerial position in the hotel or catering industry
- Enjoy day-to-day operations and dealing with guests
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- Solid understanding of figures (budget, controlling, yield management)
- Creativity and initiative in marketing and event ideas
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- German fluent, English confident, other foreign language(s) an advantage
