On brewing day, the village café in the Allgäu Genussmanufaktur becomes a brewhouse. You can look over the master brewer’s shoulder as he works and experience at first hand how our hand-brewed beer is made! Mashing, lautering, wort boiling: In addition to water, hops and malt, time is of the essence, and our master brewer always keeps an eye on the church clock as he goes about his work.
