- Responsible for à la carte and event guests
- Design, planning and preparation of regional dishes, menus and buffets
- Creative and innovative preparation of all types of food (e.g. also for coffee breaks)
- Link between kitchen team and service
- Collaboration in merchandise management and purchasing

- Successful completion of training in the hotel and catering industry
- Work experience in the catering industry
- You want to surprise and inspire guests
- Passion and pleasure in processing fresh food
- You enjoy working with small producers and local farmers and represent the value of nose-to-tail recycling
- You have a passion for regionality and sustainability
- You are keen to develop the offer together with the team
