Afternoon Refresher

to keep the participants on the ball

The “Afternoon Refresher” consists of two training sessions:

1st Active Refresher before the afternoon coffee break:

Light activation of the body and mind. Brain jogging and coordination exercises to activate the body and enable you to work with full concentration again.

Duration approx. 10 – 15 minutes

2. concluding cool down to round off the conference:

Increase physical and mental well-being through relaxation training, stretching and muscle relaxation. 

Duration approx. 30 minutes:

approx. 10 minutes relaxation training
approx. 5 – 10 minutes impulse lecture
approx. 10 minutes final practice session
