Allgäu cheese spaetzle is one of the traditional dishes
of our Alpine foothills. It feels like every family and every inn has its
own secret recipe. There are such curious variations as “Kässpätzle
with apple sauce”. Some swear by roasted onions and others
swear by melted onions. In the end, however, all variations have one thing in common –
it should taste like Allgäu and make you want more.
Every Thursday, our cooking team planes fresh Allgäu Kässpätzle
into the plates in the middle of the restaurant or
in the Hirschstadel live in front of our guests. A meal that goes down well with young and old.
We are also happy to serve the fresh spaetzle in a large pot for
groups to scoop themselves at the table. Please reserve your seats with us.
