to conclude the conference
The conference is over, your head is full of information and your body is exhausted. A normal and familiar feeling after a strenuous day. The active conclusion incorporates elements of relaxation training, stretching and progressive muscle relaxation.
Through a short, impulsive exchange of information, participants are given valuable tools on how to “actively recover” after such a day. The aim of this end to the day is to increase physical and mental well-being.
Duration approx. 30 minutes:
approx. 10 minutes relaxation training
approx. 5 – 10 minutes impulse lecture
approx. 10 minutes final practice session
